Cochran & Mann is proud to announce our latest contract award for Somos at McLean Metro in McLean, Virginia. This new multi-family housing development will feature 456 units (231 in Phase A) in a contemporary setting aimed at enhancing affordable housing options in Fairfax County.

Somos at McLean Metro will play a significant role in expanding Fairfax County’s affordable housing inventory. The project, funded in part through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, has a strong social mission. With a 4% LIHTC allocation, Somos will help address the housing needs of families and individuals in the area while offering modern, high-quality living spaces.
