Oscar’s journey with Cochran & Mann began back in 1999, just a few years after he migrated to the United States. Introduced to the commercial painting industry by family members, he quickly found a passion for the work and set his sights on growth.
Over the past 26 years, Oscar has become an integral part of our team—someone who leads with both excellence and empathy.
Today, he serves as a Superintendent, supervising and assisting project managers across our job sites. From coordinating manpower and materials to ensuring daily operations run smoothly, Oscar is involved in every aspect of the projects he oversees.
Dedication to Craft and Growth
During his years in the field, Oscar developed a specialty in applying metallic finishes and special coatings. As one of Cochran & Mann’s designated special finishes applicators, he mastered techniques that elevate the aesthetic and longevity of our projects. “That is one challenging and rewarding method of painting,” he shares. “The products last a long time and make the surfaces and places look good for a long time.”

His favorite paint color? Sherwin-Williams Accessible Beige (SW7036)—a warm, inviting shade that echoes his own approach to leadership and life.
