Cochran & Mann partnered with Davis Construction to help with the renovation of 555 13th Street in Washington, D.C. The project began in 2014 and is slated for completion in 2018. The project involved demolition and rebuild work on 2 floors at a time. Cochran & Mann’s scope of services including painting walls, soffits, and ceilings as well as specialty finishes for elevator doors and approximately 150 window frames per floor. In addition, the Cochran & Mann team applied wallcovering and paint color accents on multiple floors.
The ultra high level of interior finishes required matching Picton reveals, Adotta office fronts and knife-edge drywall soffits and stone reveals.
Cochran & Mann delivered sophisticated, highly technical painting and wallcovering results to Davis Construction, enabling the 555 13th Street renovation project to maintain its project schedule and deliver exquisite, high-end interior finishes to its client, Hogan Lovells.
