Cochran & Mann is proud to announce our latest contract award for Corso Chevy Chase, a new luxury senior living community under construction at 7100 Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
Developed by Galerie Living, designed by Torti Gallas + Partners, and constructed by Davis Construction, the project will feature 420 senior residences across eight buildings, along with retail spaces, landscaped courtyards, and community amenities.

Cochran & Mann Scope of Work: Interior and exterior painting and wallcovering installation throughout the Corso Chevy Chase development, including residential units, common areas, corridors, and amenity spaces.
Located on the former 4-H campus along Connecticut Avenue, Corso Chevy Chase is designed to bring a new approach to senior living in Montgomery County.
Rather than a single large residential building, the development will feature eight smaller buildings connected by walkable pathways, landscaped courtyards, and outdoor gathering spaces. The village-like layout is intended to create a residential atmosphere while providing access to amenities and services within the community.
The development will also incorporate ground-floor retail and public-facing spaces, including a planned café and ice cream shop, creating opportunities for residents and neighbors to connect.
Designed by Torti Gallas + Partners, Corso Chevy Chase will incorporate brick and stone materials, sloped roofs, gables, bay windows, and other architectural features that complement the surrounding Chevy Chase neighborhood.
Construction began in summer 2026, with excavation, grading, and site preparation underway. As the project progresses, work will move into building concrete, retaining wall construction, and vertical construction.
