Charlie’s career spans nearly five decades, beginning in 1977 and culminating in ten impactful years with Cochran & Mann. From his early days in the field to project leadership at Manders Decorating—and finally, his legacy role at Cochran & Mann—Charlie brought knowledge, integrity, and heart to every job.

At a special event held at Brewer’s Alley in Frederick, the team gathered to honor Charlie, share stories, and thank him for his outstanding contributions. It wasn’t just a farewell—it was a celebration of a career spent leading with humility, building strong relationships, and delivering results clients could trust.

A Career Built on Expertise and Heart

Charlie joined Cochran & Mann in 2015 and quickly became an essential part of the company’s commercial division. His responsibilities were broad, including:

• Project estimating and budgeting
• Procurement and scheduling
• Cost control and warranty follow-up

More than just managing projects, Charlie mentored team members and built strong, lasting client relationships. He was the steady hand during complex timelines and high-stakes deliverables—always ready with a plan, a solution, or a bit of wisdom from the field.

And outside of work? Charlie found adventure on the open road. A passionate motorcyclist, he’s logged thousands of miles on his Harley Road Glide, riding across the U.S. with the same passion and focus he brought to every job.
