Rowe Price Global Headquarters April 18, 2023 #### *![T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters - April18](https://www.cochranandmann.com/hs-fs/hubfs/T.%20Rowe%20Price%20Global%20Headquarters%20-%20April18.png?width=600&height=290&name=T.%20Rowe%20Price%20Global%20Headquarters%20-%20April18.png)* #### *Cochran & Mann will provide exceptional painting and wallcovering services to over 539,000 sqft of mixed-use and collaborative spaces in the Harbor Point area along the Baltimore waterfront.* **Frederick, MD**** – **Cochran & Mann, a commercial painting and wallcovering contractor based in Frederick, MD, is proud to continue over 30 years of success by working with [Armada Hoffler Construction](https://armadahofflerconstruction.com/) to complete the new T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters along the Baltimore waterfront. With construction already underway, the project is slated to be completed in 2024. The [T. Rowe Price](https://www.troweprice.com/corporate/us/en/home.html) Global Headquarters Building will feature two seven-story office buildings linked by a sleek all-glass lobby atrium. The space will include over 530,000 sqft consisting of meeting rooms, conference centers, amenities, and much more for its 2,500 local employees. Cochran & Mann will provide expert specialty services, including multi-color interior finishes with Scuffmaster paints, painted wood trims, and various wallcoverings throughout the buildings. “We are honored to have been selected for another high-visibility project by the Armada Hoffler team. Our vast experience with Gensler-designed projects and understanding of today’s interior finishes through our proven quality control will certainly add to beautifying T. Rowe Price’s new home,” said Mike Cochran, President of Cochran & Mann. The T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters Building is a massive undertaking that also means moving from its previous location on Pratt Street, which opened in 1975. This project will serve as a fresh start for the company and its employees, and we are excited to play a part in it.
